Neuro-Tip: Do your negative thoughts and doubts keep coming back? Go into a deep state of relaxation and try to recall every detail, feeling or thought that is associated with those doubts. Stay in this meditative state for 5 - 12 minutes. As your negative thought transitions from consciousness to your long term memory, it will contain elements of the relaxation you felt while meditating upon that event. The next time the negative thought or feeling comes up it won’t bother you as much. What you will find is that, over time, that old memory will fade away.
