Affirmations

An affirmation is a definitive statement that something is so. Affirmations are self-fulfilling prophecies. Creating personal affirmations is a way of declaring and affirming a belief you have and a vision you hold. Affirmations are more than an expression of statements or desires, they can create our beliefs and habits. When you create specific clear statements—affirmations—the universe responds with precision, giving you all you need to manifest what you desire.
