Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Downloadable and Internet-Based Products and Services. No refunds will be issued for any downloadable or internet-based products and services unless otherwise noted in writing at the time of sale or on the order form.

Refund Policy – Hard Copy Product Purchase. Hard-copy product returns will be allowed for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. In order to be eligible, a refund request must be submitted in writing (via email or fax) within the 30-day refund period. Product must be returned in its entirety, in “like new” condition, to Praxis Now corporate offices at PO Box 5020 PMB 1101, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067. Any product refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping and handling and a restocking fee of US$20.00. Product refund requests will be processed within six (6) weeks of the date on which the returned product is received by Praxis Now personnel.

Refund Policy – Events. If Praxis Now cancels a live on-site event, Praxis Now will give participants the option of having their money refunded or applying their payment to future events. If an event is cancelled because of circumstances outside Praxis Now’s control (force majeure such as natural disaster, facility shutdown, etc.), Praxis Now will not offer cash refunds, but will apply participants’ payments to future events. If a participant cannot attend an event they have paid for, Praxis Now may allow the participant to apply their payment to future events, but will not refund the money in cash.
